Diagnostic Case Summary Insert

The diagnostic case summary insert is a staple for all medical students. Our design features a six box grid approach for; presenting complaint, laboratory, diagnosis, results, outcome and further plan.

Each pack contains:
15 double sided sheets (30 pages) this allows for 30 cases
These inserts are punched for our disc-bound rings, if you require different punching please advise us in the comments section at checkout.
Our inserts are printed on 100 gsm paper.

About our DIY notebook system

Our disc-bound notebook system allows students to completely customise their own notebooks with a variety of inserts. This approach to notetaking allows for flexibility and creates the perfect notetaking system. 
Our notebooks fold easily and lay flat to allow for easier note taking – or alternatively the pages can be removed entirely to write on before easily being placed back onto the rings.
