We do not accept returns, or exchanges for a change of mind. However, in the circumstances your item is faulty, or you believe we have made an error with your order please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges and refunds must first receive an authorisation before shipping your order back to us.
Shipping costs are not able to be refunded. If approved for a refund, any orders that received free shipping will receive a refund less the shipping fees.
Please be advised in order to process a refund for the reasons above we require the order to be returned within 5 days of delivery.
There is a 10% restocking fee applied to all refunds.
Please note a significant number of our products are custom handmade items, and not mass produced. As a result there may be slight variations present. These variations do not affect the intended use of the product.
